Bolo is an owner surrender due to his owner finding him a couple of months ago by the shop and just can't care for him appropriately at this time. Today, Bolo gets neutered. In the short time we've had him. We do not know how he is with other dogs yet. He's a sweet guy but needs help with house training and basic manners.
